I am looking at a start up business website that will be purely online, the basic idea is prize giveaways where the customer pays for credits in order to make a bid on an item they wish to win, the winner of the giveaway will be lowest unique bidder. The website must have a login area where customers have accounts where they can buy credits and live unique lowest bidder table on each competition.
