When I then decided to cancel the order, it was being mediated by a spotty intern on his or her first day on the job, so didn't ask me for any feedback and decided against me. no worries. only making a payment in the spirit of fair play, as they did work on the designs, although it'll never get used. After all these years, this experience has left a bad taste in the mouth, so am actually closing account here and leaving the platform! Shame really, but hey ho...
