I need a logo designed for a food outlet

I am looking for a skilled designer to create an original logo from scratch for a restaurant/food outlet/business.

To save time and energy, I will only speak to those that show the following:

1) two or three logos that they have created from scratch.
2) they do not use clipart
3) they do not have fake/unverified logos in their portfolio.
4) an understanding of creating a brand identity using colours/fonts etc.

The budget is fixed, and over three times the average cost here. So please do not accept the job then be stupid and say it's not enough. If you accept, you do. simple.

This project will be awarded on the understanding that it will not appear as a portfolio item here or anywhere else. Confidentiality is paramount!
