London, GBThe first batch of data Shobana completed was quick and of good quality. Following this I was generally quite disappointed as the standards slipped massively. The data merging had mismatched data in some parts. She also was late numerous times delivering work without notification. I believe this was due to personal circumstances. However, had she advised, we could of got the work completed elsewhere rather than being delayed and not knowing what was going on.

I never had this kind of feedback at PPH. I could not accept such feedback after 2 months, you are mentioning that there is mismatched data in some parts. The first batch of data was identical with key fields and could be merged. The further data was not at all related to each other, though i have tried to merge by creating more number of fields and keeping others blank. Also, I have not raised invoice for the further jobs done for you.
