Selling on tickets for an event on the 28th Feb in London

I need some tickets to be sold for an event on the 28th of February in Brick lane. This is a designer event showcasing artists, designers, photographers etc

I need to have sold 20 and I've only managed to sell 3 so far as I have only just moved to London so do not know many people. The tickets are £12 each so quite cheap, but If I do not sell the remaining 17 then i have to pay the difference which stands at £204 so ice like someone to be able to sell the rest of these. I can pay a fee, but obviously a lower cost then the final value fee. Would be an easy job for anyone within the industry.
