Mike and his team are very experienced and highly regarded on PPH. I am a very experienced buyer.
On the positive side Mike and his team hit the design brief almost at the first pass, and even though the communication process was tortuous they stuck with the project when I am sure that many others would have given up.
The biggest single issue I had was their inability to correctly read my feedback, even though I included screenshots and (what I thought) were very clear instructions. This took the project through to 7 or 8 iterations when it should really have only taken 2 or 3. It also meant that I had twice to cancel meetings for my client.
Having said all that I would try Mike again (if he wanted to work with me) as I believe that this may just have been one of those "things"
