One page (A4 Landscape) report required

I need a very simple single page design that shows the results from a survey.
The data from the survey has three levels of data (see attached Tool 01)
The data is currently shown as a table (see attached Tool 02)
The third level of data has no labels. There are 5 items for each of the Level 2

I want to convert the current table to a Polar Chart or similiar for Levels 1 and 2 (see attached tool 03) and then display the third level of data on the same page. My first idea is to have the polar chart at the centre of the table for Levels 1 and 2, and then either a smaller chart or simple column chart for each of the second levels around the page.

The content would presented as a legend ??

I am happy to be guided by better ideas

Please use the colours within the examples as much as possible.

I need this completed within 24 hours
