London, GBI asked Jade for a logo for a new brand and she used another person's font for the work which she then refused to name expecting me to come back to her for more work should I require anything else in that font. I have since identified the font and discover that I require a commercial licence to use it as the basis for my brand. By failing to give me the required information she has potentially put me in breach of someone else's copyright. I would not recommend her or use her for any work again.

The job was for a logo design which I provided endless revisions for, mocked it up onto Sonia's website and examples of packaging to give her a better idea of the brand image as a whole. I told Sonia a font I simply based the logo word on and that I used one letter and it was edited, outlined etc. to suit the circular shape and image for her company. This is standard design practice and she wants to use a particular font throughout her brand this is her choice and it's her responsibility to buy licensing. I had no intention of ever working with Sonia again. My otherwise 5 star feedback and recommendations is a reflection of my customer service on PPH and Sonia was that occasional very rude, difficult customer.
