Branding for Micro Brewery

Ideas for the visual style: Should be suitable to print on good quality bottle labels, potentially textured. Colour is good as bottles are likely to be dark. Should hold its own against other drink brands if seen in a bar.
Extra notes: We're a newly forming micro brewery, producing real ales, but with big ambitions. The name we have chosen (and have domains reserved for) is 'Full Stop Brewery'. We also have the options of 'Full Stop Brewery Co', and 'Full Stop Brewery Company'.

We are looking for branding for our micro brewery, which we're hoping is along the lines of standing out as something serious and sophisticated, but enticing and modern. We're open to suggestion of things a bit more radical though - we like colour and images.

The branding should be something suitable for web use, stationary, and on our products (essentially, thats bottles!).
