Istanbul, TRHOW HE CHEATED ME!!!! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS MAN
I will tell you how he deceived the system and got paid without completing the job.
1)He said that he will d the job within 2 working days for 100 USD and we agreed.
2)He raised an invoice for the deposit before starting the job
3)I told him that was against the PPH policy, he could only raise the invoice after completing the job. He agreed but did not cancel the invoice.(I also told him that I am new to pph and not fully in charge of everything, that must have triggered his desire)
4)He did not finish the job after 10 days. I asked him to cancel since he did not comprehend what I was saying. He kept trying to gain some more time.
5)Since he did not cancel the original invoice, the deposit transferred automatically without my consent and he got the money without doing the job at all.
6)Now he does not even respond to my mails.
SUMMARY: Be extremely careful
