Some changes on my web page

Hi, I have a web page that needs some changes. It is U design 2013. wordpress template. The tasks are;

1) Top menu needs buttons created + buttons ın capıtal
2) Slider under the banner showıng promotıons or news
3) Smaller banner wıth thıs format

4) Q-translate problem needs to be fixed or a different language switching plug-in needs to be installed so that clients can swıtch between turkish and english –needs to be easy to edit.

5)An appropriate space somewhere on the front page to write the name of the languages we offer.
6) Between the banner and buttons I want 4 pıctures with name of the services on.
 Consecutive translation
 Written translation
 Proofreading
 English programs
