Christchurch, NZWork was not completed to job details and STEP file that was supplied was just a mesh of triangles like a STL file so no editing could be done to the file. Was able to get in open only after trying a new CAD software as it was crashing my normaly CAD software because it was just a STL file inside a STEP file. Beware of this person. Its like they used a sofware like Blender. Blender cannot natively export to the STEP (.stp or .step) CAD format. Because Blender creates polygon meshes (vertices and faces) and STEP files require mathematical NURBS geometry.
