I am looking for an experienced residential designer or architect to create a complete modern property design that includes the house layout, outdoor garden areas, and parking arrangement. The goal is to achieve a clean, contemporary design that is practical, visually appealing, and designed around comfortable modern living.

Scope of Work

Residential Design

* Develop a modern architectural concept with bright, open-plan living spaces
* Create functional room layouts with efficient space planning
* Incorporate large windows and natural lighting where possible
* Include modern finishes, smart storage solutions, and practical flow between spaces
* Consider sustainable and energy-efficient design approaches

Landscape & Garden Design

* Design a stylish and relaxing outdoor environment that complements the home
* Include areas suitable for seating, entertainment, greenery, or family use
* Select practical landscaping ideas suited to the local environment and climate
* Focus on low-maintenance and visually balanced garden features

Parking & Exterior Layout

* Plan a clean and accessible parking area integrated into the overall property design
* Ensure smooth access and practical vehicle circulation
* Consider optional features such as EV charging points, lighting, paving, or soft landscaping

Requirements

* Strong experience in residential architecture and exterior planning
* Ability to provide professional CAD drawings and/or 3D visualisations
* Good understanding of modern and sustainable design principles
* Portfolio of previous residential projects preferred
