Ernesto did not read and understand the job description. He also ignored some of the contents of my emails, which often referred to the job description. What should have taken a few days extended to over two weeks.

Good job on the visuals, grasped the concept of what I wanted very quickly. A little difficult to schedule a Skype call with him; could not communicate times. But otherwise great work.
