City of London, GBHaving never worked with PPH before, or an illustrator I was relieved to find Dawn completely able to read my mind and capture the essence of how I wanted to use the images! That takes some doing. She even spent an afternoon on location soaking up the atmosphere. Easily done when you live close by but nevertheless Dawn took lots of new photos for me too. She worked fast and was never afraid to redraw an image if it wasn't quite working: and who can expect to get it right first time! We spoke every day and I would absolutely recommend her work.Cannot wait to see them working their magic. We'll work together on the next book too.
