Brighton, GBI have to be honest and say that looking at his work-especially his own website I think he has the skill to do a good job although I found him very hard going and more like working with a moody girlfriend than a professional. I would not get involved again and will be unlikely to make use of the work that was not completed at my request.

Certainly clear communication was lacking from the client's side. That's OK but the client must be patient and have a good budget to allow the designer to make as many corrections as necessary if there is no clear brief.

From the two main tasks, one was completed but not checked and the other was completed but had an effect on how many people were ordering items. With more time and cooperation I'm sure this could have been resolved, but I had a 2 or 3 hour limit.
