Description of every page/module:

I am in urgent need of a UK-based website developer to design AND develop a fully responsive, customizable ecommerce website for my new business. My requirements are:

1. A fully SEO-optimised (up to 10 pages) website, where an SEO expert advised me on which keywords would be needed for my website, along with giving an SEO boost (by fair means) or perhaps advise me on best possible solutions.
2. The website should have all modern features such as mobile compatibility, social media links, with no restrictions of font or colour, rapid loading etc.
3. I would need a complete control on the editing of the website (I am only referring to text here) once the website is completed. I believe that is a CMS website, that I am looking for?
4. I would need a website that is scalable (i.e. adding-on features as my business grows).
5. Domain name purchase (I’ll make sure that the domain name is available) and hosting cost and any other essential things needed for website to be published and go live
6. Images AND graphic icons to be used on the website and I would expect wide range of selection/gallery to chose from
7. This website would have images of services (around 15-16) that I would sell, hence I want these images to be designed too. They wouldn’t be too complicated to create.
8. This website would support all popular payment methods to be accepted. Therefore I must understand how the payment method works? As an example, I want all the payments to go into my UK business bank account. What would I need to do? Would it cost me anything? Please advise me here with all necessary details
9. The link below is the website I want mine to be inspired from in terms of design and aesthetic, of course with changes in colour scheme, graphic icons and images. This is a five page website, the first page being longer than the others. The website under discussion would have six pages altogether, with first page being longer as in the link below. Second, my website would be an e-commerce website with all popular payment methods available.
