When you send a message before 7am and get a positive response within 10 minutes, you get a warm glow inside that Andy is not only on the case, he is also in control of his tasks. During the project, Andy was always keen to put forward fresh ideas and also listen to my needs. My product required a tight control over budget of materials and Andy responded quickly to the brief. As a client, I knew what I wanted. It is a credit to Andy that he continued to provide alternative, cost option solutions throughout the project in order to comply with the brief. As such, I am extremely happy with the end result. It proved very useful to meet up in person for a head to head, whilst Andy was in London for a few days. He came to meet me near my home after he had had a full day of training to upgrade his extensive skills set. On both a personal and professional level, Andy proved himself at all times to be diligent, reliable, amiable and highly competent.
