I need to get a 3D model made for a 2D vector drawing of a carved corner decoration.

Design details: We are a small CNC machining company in London thae specialises in proto parts for numerous clients in the auto / interior design fields. We have had a request from a client to model and then machine some corner decorations for a particular bespoke mirror. The best way to imagine what i need is in old terms these would be hand carved. The client has provided a vector image to work of and i would like someone to model this into 3D.
I have put up a fixed price but we do have room to move for the correct design.
Ideas for the visual style: I have attached a PDF to work to, colour is not important although they will be done in gold leaf
Things to avoid: undercuts as we can only work from 3 sides
Preferred colors: none as this will be 3d printed of machined.
Extra notes: My initial thoughts are that these are very similar to either drift wood type patterns or sections of flames..

We would require files in IGES / Step formats or native SW.
