I chose Natalie because of her 14 years of HR experience and good reviews on PPH. However, she failed twice to deliver my CV as promised deadlines. I was very disappointed. When she finally deliver the work, it was very obvious that she did not put enough effort to rewrite my CV. I never put such negative feedback to a freelancer.
