Legal contract for business operations management

I require a contract between us as a Ltd Company and a person to run our hotel...
its for an operational management contract - for services to run our small hotel

its not of huge financial value only £15k annual in service time.
its to operate 365 days a year, but it's only part time a few hrs a day.

I wanted to consider them as a service provider / contractor so they would be liable for all taxes /sick/ holiday etc.

I am expecting a front page, and then 3 or 4 pages of legal verbatim.

I can give you a front page of schedule like rates / dates etc, the back pages can be standard legal wording i can just paste it in.

I'm shopping around and have posted it as a project PPH also... please can you respond today.
