Hello and Thank you for the feedback.
We have discussed with the client and we thought that we had presented the best work possible. We even helped him make a strategic business decision of shifting from one jurisdiction to another, so that they can structure their business legally. We executed the work for the new jurisdiction free of cost.
After sending the final report, we asked for feedback and specifically asked him if he needed any modifications or changes. But because he was short on time, he could not assess and the work was not to his liking.
For me, the client is always right. So if he did not like my work, it is my fault. I express regret for the same and just feel unfortunate that if he had shared any issues I would have corrected them there and then. 95% of my clients have rated me 5 Star and I am sad that this was not the case this time around.
