I need an expert writer in financial/economics

The work I really need doing is to contact financial bloggers and find guest posting opportunities for my website, my website targets traffic from all over United States so the blog posts will also need to target American traffic. My only requirements is that the financial blogs have a PR2++ and a DA20+.
