The project began well with Dawn at the proposal and quotation stage, but quickly deteriorated once work needed to be delivered. This was quite a detailed project and Dawn quickly became out of her depth. An initial wireframe design was produced and delivered but at that point all work stopped. Despite asking a number of times the theme and design work was never uploaded to my server despite the project having already cost me £400. For that money I have nothing to show for it but a simple PNG wireframe design graphic of a Shopify template. There were a couple of calls regarding product structure but the result of those conversations came to nothing.
I gave Dawn the benefit of the doubt countless times and extended deadlines over weeks, but two months on and I have seen none of the work. I have subsequently been forced to go with another supplier in order to pick this project up and complete it, one month after the whole 4 week long project should have been completed and delivered. The seller stopped responding to communications and ignored texts, emails on PPH and emails to her own account. I managed to track her down via one phone call which a myriad of excuses was given for non delivery, a promise made to have the next stage delivered within the next couple of days but then she disappeared once again and ignored all comunication. I believe she does not have the skills to produce the work she promises.
Avoid using this seller, don’t be lulled into a false sense of security by the initial stages and find your support elsewhere. This seller gives all the genuine freelancers on here a bad name.
