I need a high-end looking website design

Hello,

I am looking for a web designer to work on my website. I have created a website for my company (a brand new events agency) using WordPress and Thrive Architect but as you will see (link at the end of this post) I have reached the limits of my capacities and need someone to have a look at it and fix the errors in it (for instance, it's not super responsive depending on the device you're using).

Ideally that person could also act as consultant to recommend some improvements (photos, animations, design, etc.) and implement them - this is optional but would be greatly appreciated!
My vision for this website is: high-end, minimalistic, luxe (think corporate events, awards nights) but with a fun twist, potentially with a "French touch" if at all possible.

My budget is very limited so I do realise the amount of money offered is very low, but this is all I can afford at the moment considering I have just launched the company. However, I am happy for you to use my website as part of your portfolio for instance, or feel free to ask if you would like a recommendation for instance.
Also, if we work well together I will most likely ask you to re-design the whole website for an appropriate price when my company is up and running smoothly.

Please have a look at the current website and let me know if you think you could do something with it. It is only a very simple showcase site so I'm sure it wouldn't take too long for you to fix it up.
