Design a Conference Flyer, Sponsorship Deck & 5 Posts for Social

Deadline: Sunday, 22nd March 2026 for the Poster/Flyer and Sponsor Deck, the rest by Monday please. I need a Designer or Marketing/Branding person to design a flyer we can use to send digitally to people and post on socials as an announcement, also a sponsorship deck for target sponsors ie. Sephora, etc. , and at least 5 posts we can use on social media. This is for an organisation called FIPI- Federation of Image Professionals International. We have a conference every year in London. Our theme is: Beyond the Mirror: The New Era of Image & Beauty Consulting Tagline: “Empathy, Identity, and Tech-Enhanced Transformation” Vibe: Warm, inclusive, and forward-facing * Appeals to: A broader audience (tech-curious, emotional stylists, DEI-conscious consultants) * Programming focus: Emotional intelligence, inclusive style, AI + ethics, neurodiversity in fashion Our attendees are people from around the world. They are in the image and beauty industries: for example beauty consultants, hair stylists, makeup-artists, image consultants, personal stylists, fashion stylists, etc. We want to speak to women but also men and younger people to invite them to become members as well not just to come to the conference. If you and I work well together, then we can do more projects together for example another Sponsor / Partnership Deck for just regular sponsors and partnership not just the conference only. I am looking for someone who can REALLY DESIGN, not just do AI designed projects please. I am not a creative with a vision to do these projects that is why I go to YOU, the experts, because that is something AI can't do. Is design something that really speaks to people and their hearts. YouTube Shorts Editor (Hoodie Guy Style | 2.5D Animation)

We’re launching a new YouTube Shorts channel based on the viral “Hoodie Guy / Pins Guy” format, and we’re looking for a highly skilled editor who can replicate this style precisely. This is not basic editing. You must understand: Fast-paced, retention-driven cuts (every 1.5–2.5 seconds) 2.5D animation (layered backgrounds + subject + host) Cartoon face overlays (like the competitor channels) Sound design (whooshes, risers, impact hits, ambient layers) Story pacing synced to script escalation If you’ve never created this exact style before, this role is NOT for you. Your Responsibilities: Edit YouTube Shorts (45–60 sec) Create 2.5D scenes using layered assets Apply cartoon face overlays to characters (see attached image style) Maintain high visual stimulation (no static scenes) Sync cuts to voiceover and sound effects Add captions as final layer (not during editing) Style Reference: Channels similar to: YT: Hoodie Guy YT: Pins Guy (You should already be familiar with this format) “Start your proposal with the word ‘FRAME-BY-FRAME’ so I know you read everything.” What We’re Looking For: Proven experience with high-retention Shorts. Strong understanding of viral pacing and storytelling. Ability to follow a structured editing system (we provide a full blueprint). We provide Script and Voice Over. Skilled in CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Strong attention to detail (timing, motion, sound). Important (Read Carefully): When applying, you MUST include: 2–3 examples of similar edits (Shorts format preferred) Confirmation that you understand 2.5D animation Your workflow (tools + process) Applications without relevant examples will be ignored.
