We are looking for a rigorous 3D Modeler to transform our 2D floor plans into 3D Shoebox views (top-down 3D perspectives). The goal is to provide a crystal-clear, reliable vision of the volumes and layout for our investment projects and to give a more visual result to our clients Our Standard: We are not looking for pretty pictures or fluff; we need structural accuracy that reflects the real-world constraints of our projects. Your Mission: - Accuracy: Every wall thickness, structural element, and opening (windows/doors) must strictly match the 2D CAD/PDF plan. No artistic liberties taken with measurements. - Detailed Furnishing: Furniture and fixtures must be placed exactly according to the layout to validate the functional flow of the space. - Technical Integrity: If a load-bearing wall or a technical shaft is on the 2D, it must be reflected perfectly in the 3D. - Clean Shoebox Aesthetics: High-quality textures and lighting, but with a focus on realism, proportions, and structural clarity.

2D / 3D CAD Designer Needed for Simple Product Design

I am looking for someone to help us take sketches, drawings and annotations and deliver 2D technical drawings and a 3D image of single pet products, such as toys, bowls, collars etc. 2D - The 2D technical drawing just has to be an outline with measurements and fabric samples etc. So black outline on white showing length, width in mm and fabric, simple 2D flat outline. Also show colours, but this can be a 2nd copy of the outline just with colours. You will be working from a PDF document I provide. Sometimes it may be a vaugue idea and you need to create and design, sometimes it may be more detailed and you need to just follow the document. See example of artwork. Ideally you can show me similar examples you have done, they do not have to be pet products but you should show me some work that resembles technical artwork drawing. Understanding the pet industry is a bonus. Fixed price is for one job, for example a dog collar. This is not rocket science, just need someone who is good with visual and flat CADs. I need someone who has a background in landscape architecture or architecture and has good knowledge of Rhino, QGIS, and is strong at creating visuals, ideally using Photoshop. I need to Create a 3D site model in Rhino (mountainous site with steep slopes). Then integrate design features into the terrain like retaining walls, terraces, and seating ‘carved’ into the existing slope, so this will require adjusting the current topography, contours, and reshaping slopes. Realistic model of Theater

3d Model of the front of a theater building with the sign, sign holder. Final model to have the detail of the actual building. I will provide as many of reference photos as needed. The goal is to propose a coherent and elegant entrance concept for the front of the house, based on photos that I will provide. I can also share the original architect’s 3D model in Google SketchUp to make the work easier and more precise. The design should focus on the organization of the front exterior areas, including the access to the garage, the main entrance path, and a small parking area. Ideally, the proposal would include a ramp on the left side of the façade leading up to the garage. The pedestrian access to the front door could either be integrated within this ramp or designed as a staircase. A staircase solution where light could pass underneath the steps would be particularly interesting and architecturally appealing.
