I need a textured 3D model of this tourniquet with buckle

The product is a tourniquet with a magnetic buckle. I need the product to be accurately recreated in 3D, ready to be animated, with clean topology, UVs and textures. The hard plastic parts (buckle, windlass rod, etc) and the flexible fabric parts need to be separate elements within the assembled model, so they can be animated separately. Many more reference photographs and measurements can be provided to the chosen artist, including any specifics requested. The final animation will be done in Cinema 4D, so the model and needs to be supplied in a supported format.

2D / 3D CAD Designer Needed for Simple Product Design

I am looking for someone to help us take sketches, drawings and annotations and deliver 2D technical drawings and a 3D image of single pet products, such as toys, bowls, collars etc. 2D - The 2D technical drawing just has to be an outline with measurements and fabric samples etc. So black outline on white showing length, width in mm and fabric, simple 2D flat outline. Also show colours, but this can be a 2nd copy of the outline just with colours. You will be working from a PDF document I provide.
