3D Interior Layouts and design - Photorealistic Renders
We have some architect plans that we are looking for a designer to create scale room visuals based on the plans and our brief. Overall we are looking for a contemporary mid-century modern aesthetic. a family residing in a late 1960s British dormer bungalow, is seeking a comprehensive interior design update that embraces a contemporary interpretation of the mid-century modern style. The client wishes to maintain the original themes of light and simple natural materials while incorporating new spaces such as a large family kitchen diner and sitting room, a gym, a lounge, bedrooms, and a dedicated kids gaming room. The overall objective is to create a cohesive and functional living environment that balances modern aesthetics with the home's existing architectural features. Design Concepts: Mid-Century Modern Revival: The design should pay homage to the late 1960s era, capturing the essence of mid-century modern design while infusing it with contemporary elements. Clean lines, organic shapes, and a focus on natural materials will be key to achieving this aesthetic. Light and Airy Spaces: The client desires an abundance of natural light throughout the home. The design should optimize existing windows and introduce additional light sources where necessary. The use of light, neutral color palettes will help create an airy and open atmosphere. Natural Materials: Emphasize the beauty of natural materials such as wood, stone, and metal in the design scheme. Incorporate these elements through flooring, furniture, cabinetry, and accent pieces to create a connection with the home's original character. Family Kitchen Diner and Sitting Room: The heart of the home will be a spacious and functional family kitchen diner and sitting room. It should be designed to accommodate large gatherings, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere. Consider an open floor plan that allows for seamless flow between cooking, dining, and relaxation areas. Gym: Create a dedicated space for a gym that promotes health and wellness. Equip it with appropriate fitness equipment and ensure sufficient ventilation and lighting to create an energizing and motivating environment. Lounge: Design a separate lounge area that serves as a retreat for the family. Incorporate comfortable seating, cozy textures, and ambient lighting to create a relaxed and intimate ambiance. Bedrooms: Each bedroom should be designed with individual preferences and needs in mind. Consider incorporating natural elements, such as wooden furniture and soft textiles, while providing ample storage solutions. Kids Gaming Room: Design a space specifically for the children to engage in gaming and recreational activities. Integrate modern technology, flexible seating options, and vibrant colors to create an energetic and playful environment. Key Considerations: Space Planning: Optimize the existing layout to create a seamless transition between different areas while ensuring functionality and practicality. Maximize storage solutions to keep the space clutter-free and organized. Lighting: Incorporate a combination of natural and artificial lighting to enhance the atmosphere of each room. Introduce fixtures that complement the mid-century modern style while providing sufficient task and ambient lighting. Color Palette: Employ a neutral color palette as the foundation, including shades of white, cream, beige, and light gray. Use pops of color strategically through furniture, artwork, and accessories to create visual interest and depth. Furniture and Fixtures: Select furniture and fixtures that align with the mid-century modern style, featuring clean lines, organic forms, and natural materials. Consider comfort, functionality, and durability when choosing pieces for each space. Technology Integration: Incorporate modern technology seamlessly into the design. Plan for hidden cable management, integrated audiovisual systems, and smart home features that enhance the functionality and convenience of the space. Sustainable Design: Aim for environmentally conscious design choices, such as using sustainable materials, energy-efficient lighting, and appliances. Incorporate sustainable practices wherever possible to reduce the home's ecological footprint. The plans are attached, but the rooms that we would like to be designed are, 1. The main downstairs family room/kitchen diner 2. The media room 3. The sitting room 4. the gym 5. The downstairs hallway 6. The 2 loft bedrooms (1 design and mirrored) 7. Second project with Vyacheslav
See email for detailed supporting info and imagery suggestions i sent, rates as prior project, this setup to formalise things. FOUNTAIN OF THE FOUR RIVERS Same as the work done for 'Citizen I', images should be with strong lines, 300x300dpi, no borders necessary unless you thing it's needed, everything as last time. Target audience for book is adult, not for children. I LIKE the character you have thought about for George! Setting is North London, England. George works in a bank. Steve is his best friend. Both aged about 35 years old. Book genre is Thriller. 1. The old life George is bored! His job at the bank is killing him. He's has no excitement in his life! Desperate for a change. View can be sat at his desk with head in hands or similar. George bored at his desk. 2. Questions and Doubts George again at his desk, but this time he's thinking, dreaming, a thought bubble above his head, with BORING things in it. Work things. 3. Relationships George with his colleagues at the bank, he's popular and the man to whom they turn for answers. He knows all the systems, all the tech, they don't, he's The Architect. 4. All Things Considered George walking out of a door with his suitcase in hand (he's leaving his girlfriend) 5. The Tiresome Monotony George at a bar thinking about money, thought bubble with BIG money visible, he WANTS to be RICH! 6. The Thought George has the thought that changes his life, he knows he can do it, he knows he has the skills, he will ROB THE BANK. (electronically) Not a small theft, but hundreds of millions. 7. The Daring Conversation George and his friend Steve, at Steve's home, heads together, secretly discussing the thought, secretly. 8. The Allotment George and Steve hidden away in a small hut with gardening tools all around, one small chair, their secret meeting place. 9. The Decision The image you did for 5 above The Tiresome Monotony, but with a confirmation 'YES!' somewhere in the thought bubble! 10. Demons George and Steve shaking hands, agreeing a pact. 11. The Workshop George and Steve rent a small building, a free-standing building, one storey, no windows, just a door with some artwork on the walls outside, they call it 'Romano's' - please show the name on the building somewhere, can be arty, not a formal sign, more an artistic almost graffiti font, a front view only. This is the place where they work to make their plans, and do their heist! For info, inside there are two desks, a small kitchen, a bathroom area, basically it was converted into a private office in the past. 12. The Technical Plan An image describing use of computers, tech, transactions, money flowing between them, the Caymen Islands (off-shore account), computers in the workshop, George sat at desk, but you can leave him out if you can achieve the image without him. 13. The Shopping Trip George drives north and meets a man and in the back of his shop, in a secret room, he buys illegal tech which he needs for his heist, small devices, glossy, hands over 3000 GBP. All in a small box, very suffisticated gadgets. TRUNCATED MAX 5000 CHARS

ProjectTeam Explainer Video
Overview: 1-2 minute animated explainer video ProjectTeam.com is an advanced cloud-based project management network for the Owner, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (O/AEC) industry that solves long-standing issues such as supply chain interoperability, TRUE project collaboration, and efficient information sharing. ProjectTeam.com leverages leading-edge social, mobile, and cloud technologies to deliver a robust, user-friendly system at a fraction of the cost of legacy systems. ProjectTeam has developed a new and improved software platform that allows you to customize your project management within the construction industry. The explainer video should highlight these benefits of the system -- this is NOT a "how-to" video. Requirements: Develop 2 concepts with 5-6 design frames each, once the concept is chosen -- develop a 1-2 minute animated explainer video. A logo bumper also needs to be designed for this video. Concept 1: For the first concept, this is a character driven piece in the style of this video: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1z7tla1iMXoeDJKTGJfQ2dEdnc Concept 2: For the second concept, characters should still be used but, should have more iconography driving the video. The style of this concept should be similar to this video: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BwrwU1C8rL-rcDB4dUJDX1ZoQVE Both concepts should include imagery that resembles connectivity and people being connected together through this software. Screenshots will be used but, they will be made to look more abstract. They both need to be consistent with the branding guidelines -- use these as the primary colors (you may use other colors when necessary) https://motion.video/wp-content/uploads/gravity_forms/5-3352f08de4194913b8dc422dfd48c279/2018/02/ProjectTeam-Official-Logo-Brand-Guide.pdf The script is still being developed and will be given once the concepts are done and one is chosen. Here are some key messages for the video: 1. Project Collaboration - Owners, Architects, and Contractors all working together on a common project sharing forms, files, reports, photos and more. ProjectTeam.com allows those companies to connect on projects and then selectively share information. 2. Data ownership - Once information has been shared with a company in ProjectTeam.com, it can never be taken away. This allows contractors to work in the system without having to worry about duplicating information in other systems just in case they ever get "cut off". The overall video should be professional and serious but, upbeat. They would also like to use there logo icon as inspiration for transitions through the video. The deadline for the concepts for the video (5-6 frames for each concept) is Monday 3/5 End of Day. The final video will be delivered on April 6th.
