I am seeking a skilled freelancer with a good standard of written English to assist me in reconciling our billing records by creating time sheets. The project involves two parts and the estimated time is 36 hours based on the time it will take if I did this myself- Part 1 - Going through the whole file and giving a detailed summary analysis in tabularand narrative format of ITEM IDENTIFICATION i.e. Email (ADDRESSEE & ADDRESSOR) - Letter (ADDRESSEE & ADDRESSOR) - Document Type e.g. Contract; Claim Form; Particulars of Claim, Application Notice, Witness Statement - ESTIMATED TIME SPENT BASED ON CONTENT i.e. short emails 10-15 mins; long emails 30 mins to 1 hour; short letters 4 lines long 10-15 mins long letters 5 lines to several pages 1 hour to 4 hours; Contracts, Claim Form; Particulars of Claim, Application Notices, Witness Statements minimum 5 to 10 hours per item - ITEM CONTENT SUMMARY i.e. a short description of what the item contains - only long emails, letters and documents need to have this section completed - HOURLY RATE CHARGED i.e. there were two hourly rates charged in the matter £375 and £500 please see engagement letters and invoices to see which rate applies. Part 2 - Reviewing and matching invoice amounts to corresponding timesheet entries using my time recording software Harvest, ensuring accuracy and completeness. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and experience in legal cost reconciliation. Part 1 must be completed by this Saturday 17/02/2024 and there is no room for delay Part 2 must be completed by 05/03/2024 The budget price is for Part 1 and 2 Responsibilities: Create a detailed cost summary in tabular format (I have attached what a detailed assessment costs bill looks like to assist you with the task) Review and match invoice amounts to created timesheets Identify and resolve any discrepancies between the two Ensure that all billable hours are accurately recorded Please submit your proposal, including your availability, for consideration.
