Finalising React Native App For Launch

Hello, i have created the font end of my new app using Windsurf with React Native, i have created my MongoDB and AWS accounts but i am no back end engineer! Looking for some support to finalise the app, correctly host it online and remove it from my local storage. Also i ll need some help finalising the authentication for Apple and Google Log in ( which will be the onlu options to sign up and log in to my app) which i have half done! Current system built on Laravel 12 with React front end backed by GraphQL API with MySQL database - want to build a highly advanced and powerful AI chatbot to allow users to query/visualise their data in ANY way and show this as summaries, datatables or charts with exporting using normal language as well as full access to help desk to allow them to understand how to do things or where they have queries etc This is more than a basic chatbot - this will be complex and powerful and should be entirely conversational with full history, memory and completely natural language.
