The aim is to get everything up-to-date and organised so that I can have a clear picture of the company’s financials and make informed decisions moving forward. Accountant/ Bookkeeper required for immediate returns

I am looking for an accountant or bookkeeper to submit my annual return and 2024 Q3 and Q4 VAT returns. I have a spreadsheet with all of my income and expenses and a Dropbox folder with invoices and receipts (all catalogued on the spreadsheet so should be fairly straightforward to work through). Some of this my previous accountant may have already added to Quickbooks. - Review Quickbooks to ensure all income/ expenses have been added for both 2023-24 annual return and VAT returns x 2 - add any missing items - Calculate annual return corp tax due and submit accounts to HMRC (if you can also submit to companies house/ guide me through this I would appreciate it) - Check VAT calculations and submit VAT returns x 2 - Let me know if there is any other paperwork I need to submit (e.g. confirmation statement) I am pretty late with all of this (have been between accountants and foolishly thought I could sort all of this myself!) so am looking for someone with immediate availability as I'd like to submit this week. We don’t have many monthly entries Maybe 10 invoices raised in quickbooks max facilitators usually around 5 though Possibly 3 to 10 recipes of things I spent on the business Maybe 2 to 10 max payments made to the company So I’m looking for (A) monthly quickbooks bookkeeping update on a set date to reconcile all ingoing’s outgoings and paper receipts that I upload to the quickbooks app and my milage that I track (usually these are paid from by personal account so at the end of the year I take this money back) (B) Annual Accounts & Corp Tax return and to provide me with a set of accounts I would like costs on what A would cost and what B would cost please and examples of qualifications and work carried out with regards to this request Would you ned my last accounts to work from? Accountant needed for Quickbooks

I've moved across to Quickbooks and need to Categorise then Reconcile approx 500 transactions from 1 Mar 2023 to current. I've imported all invoices that were in my Wave Accounting system but can't figure how to mark them as being paid from the transactions. Apparently it's better to not apply all the deposits to the invoices and rather create a debtor and allocate the payments to the debtor and create a journal entry to settle the balance - I have no idea what that means. I also have a PayPal account and GoCardless account that needs to be reconciled. Please let me know if you can help and what extra information you may need to Submit your Proposal. In need of accountant for end of year accounts

I have a limited company and my second set of annual accounts is due tomorrow (31st Jan). I used to work with a lovely freelance accountant but she became too busy with her day job and I thought I could have a go myself using Quickbooks but I'm feeling super overwhelmed. I have a spreadsheet of 55 sales throughout the year, and around 280 expenses, so not sure if this is a big job or not. My accountant has already filed my Q1 and Q2 VAT for the year so the majority of expenses might already be in Quickbooks, I just don't know where to look. I know I'll be late on my return now, as submitting my tomorrow seems unlikely at this stage, but if someone can help me out and take this off my hands and submit just a few days late I would massively appreciate it.

Looking for help on a variety of PHP projects 12 months of work

I need to find a php developer in the UK (or Poland) that can help me on a variety of projects, I have my own way of working, no framework all longhand PHP but it works for me. I need to find someone to work with who respects my code, and can connect to other systems like Stripe, Quickbooks etc. via APIs. My projects are always immediate and have 2 to 3 days to complete, they are small but there are lots of them. Many hours work available for the right freelancer. I expect to be able o have zoom calls to talk through problems. It is more problem solving than solution architecture.
