Quickbooks to Jobtread Using Zapier
Job Description: Automate roughly 200 reoccurring monthly invoices from QuickBooks to JobTread The Problem: Currently JobTread only sends invoices to QuickBooks. JobTread cannot receive invoices from QuickBooks. Solution Option #1: If, and only if Zapier can grab ONLY reoccurring invoices then we just run a script to pull all reoccurring invoices from QuickBooks to JobTread. Solution Option #2: We currently have all our reoccurring invoices set up to go out on the 2nd of every month. We can run a script for all invoices created during this night timeframe and move them to JobTread. Notes: Payments and expenses talk both ways between JobTread and QuickBooks so no need to worry about any of that. It is only reoccurring invoices sent out on the 2nd of each month. To complete the QuickBooks to JobTread integration we will have to match the 200 accounts made in JobTread to QuickBooks and then migrate the past data/payments/invoices from 1/1/2026 to now. Goal: Updated everything between the systems so that all data is current and correct from the beginning of the year.

We are looking for an experienced freelance accountant to manage bookkeeping for two related small companies: • Hong Kong holding company (principal – sells to customers outside HK) • UK subsidiary (agent – holds PSP agreements and collects customer payments, remits to HK) Annual revenue is modest ($23k in 2024, ~$47k in 2025), but there are intercompany transactions that must be handled correctly.
