Looking for help on a variety of PHP projects 12 months of work

I need to find a php developer in the UK (or Poland) that can help me on a variety of projects, I have my own way of working, no framework all longhand PHP but it works for me. I need to find someone to work with who respects my code, and can connect to other systems like Stripe, Quickbooks etc. via APIs. My projects are always immediate and have 2 to 3 days to complete, they are small but there are lots of them. Many hours work available for the right freelancer. I expect to be able o have zoom calls to talk through problems. It is more problem solving than solution architecture. If you want regular work and you have 5+ proven years experience in PHP then get in touch. I want a fixed hourly rate and because I am a developer I know how long things should take. Do not fit me in between other jobs, I expect commitment and return I will pay good rates.
