Hi, We are a Government regulated fashion modelling agency based in south London, UK. We have all other social media, including IG and Facebook, but not TikTok as we underestimated it. To our horror, we have just noticed that people having been going on it (being Tiktok) and slamming us. We have seen numerous comments such as we are "no good", we are a "scam", we "are not legit" and all sorts of other negative comments. We need someone that knows TikTok inside out and a person that can help us do the following: 1) Be our dedicated TikTok Manager that will focus on it daily and monitor any negative comments. In doing so, you can reply to the comments with positive comments. 2) Know how to report illegal defamatory comments to TikTok Management and get them removed or banned. 3) Last but certainly not least, know how to start addressing and combating this problem immediately. Certain key things you should know about us: a) We cannot be a scam or not legitimate because we are Government regulated. b) Anything we charge our models gets refunded after the 12-month contract ends. c) When we accept a model, we give them many freebies, which many models spend a lot of money out there on. These include, a free professional model portfolio of pictures, they are airbrushed and retouched in Milan, Italy to make sure the model looks their best. We also do a free video reel of them and offer free catwalk/runaway training. Additionally, we have also carried out many good jobs for our models which is on our Instagram. So as you can see above, we are confused as to why we can be labeled a scam as. We need this to be put on TikTok urgently and regularly to combat these negative comments and the fears that some people will have in using us. In the UK, there are many scams but these happen when models go into photographic studios, spend a lot of money, and end up losing it. They lose their money because the studios cannot get them work as they are not Government regulated and neither do they get their money back. We do all these things for our models so once again, where is the scam? If you think you are the right person to tackle this project for us on an ongoing basis, get in touch ASAP. Hi, I currently run a website (lyonstalesediting.com) that provides copywriting, content writing and proofreading services for written copy - usually for small to medium businesses. I have opened a Facebook, Instagram and Twitter page, but to be honest, I don't have the time or expertise to run any of these effectively to grow the traffic or following. I am looking for someone who could assist long-term in creating a social media strategy encompassing these channels and also a Quora and Medium channel if possible to help drive traffic to the business. Good morning. I am looking for someone to provide social media support for a new client we are starting work with in the next week or two. Part of the deliverables we have agreed is daily social media support. The client is an Italian company that is entering the UK for the first time. They sell a range of beauty products for the face and body. They are very highly regarded in Italy but have zero brand recognition in the UK. I am looking for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, and who has a credible and provable history of delivering exciting social media content for clients operating within the health and beauty industry. 90% of their products are sold to women, aged 25-55 - so it would be beneficial if you are within this demographic profile. I would also like someone who is happy to "white-label" themselves as Abacus Marketing, and who ideally would be able to attend client/internal meetings from time to time in London for workshops/brainstorms/client meetings etc.. In the social media posts, we want to talk about their products, about the science behind them, about the results they achieve, the problems they overcome, the happiness they provide, the environmental qualities, the awards they have won, about wider issues in the beauty sector, to cross reference to health of the body, mind and soul, and so on.... I want someone who is brimming with ideas and enthusiasm, who is a pleasure and a joy to work with, who embodies our values of high quality and professional service at an affordable price. We are open to a range of pricing from £20 to £40 per hour, so I am setting £30 per hour as the average. I am allowing 1 hour per day to create one post per day and then to add it (with appropriate tailoring) to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn take up to 4 hours to write a credible blog, so that means that each month could be worth - say - £600 or so (at £30 per day for 20 days), but I am of course open to your feedback about what is needed to plan, write, create and deliver a successful social media strategy. The content has to be well-researched, well-written and highly authoritative, with a voice that is on brand too. You will be provided with assets (logos, products, images, icons, photos, etc.) but it would also be helpful if you are used to creating or customising visual assets for these posts. A second part of the project is follower acquisition - I am allowing 1.5 days per month for this (12 hours) so that would be another £360 at £30 per hour. We want to follow (and be followed by) beauty clinics and other organisations that fit their target demographic, industry influencers, bloggers, vloggers and journalists, etc. In total, therefore, we are looking at a total monthly contract of about £1,000 to deliver about 4 days of work. I would also want this fee to include reporting - on this point, I like reports that are visual, concise, analytical, strategic that talk about what we have done, what we have achieved, what we have learned, mistakes we have made, and what we plan to do next month (as part of our commitment to continual improvement). The conference call would also be included in this monthly fee. So, a final - but very important part of the project - is pro activity. Someone who is driven by delivering exceptional results, who is passionate about social media and knows all the clever tricks to use to maximise post exposure, brand awareness, likes, followers, shares, comments etc. Maybe you can come up with ideas for promotions and research-based quizzes. Anything to make their social media fizz with excitement, interest, relevance etc., rather than just being yet more boring old everyday posts that are ignored by everyone. We would also need you to help with optimising the social media pages, so that they provided maximum benefit for delivering a positive brand experience, driving relevant traffic to the website, promoting sales offers, etc. The cost of travel and the time of the meeting would also be covered, but not travel time, for planning workshops, client meetings and agency brainstorms.
