We are a dynamic and growing online presence looking for a talented Short Form Content Editor who can also handle social media management tasks. Responsibilities:
Content Editing: Review and edit short form content such as blog posts, articles, social media posts, and marketing materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Content Creation: Collaborate with our creative team to brainstorm and generate fresh and compelling content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule content across social media channels using scheduling tools to maintain a consistent posting schedule and maximize reach.
Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and foster meaningful interactions with our audience.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics and performance, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a content editor with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and branding.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
