Hi, We are looking to secure some VA support for when our administrator goes on holiday. It will be for around 10 hours per week (2 hours per day) on an as needed basis. Tasks will include: - Populating pre-agreed employment templates - Administering new starters onto BreatheHR, Bamboo and PeopleHR. - Coordinating interviews with line managers and candidates. - Requesting references, DBS checks and copies of certificates. - Coordinating payroll changes with managers (not processing payroll) and forwarding information to various payroll providers. - Other administrative tasks as required such as occasional note-taking. You'll keep an eye on our inbox and forward on anything else crucial which needs a more senior team member's input. This is freelance work, but during periods of holidays there will be a need to provide cover during each day at times agreed between us. Outside of holiday periods, there may be occasional work to do - we are wanting to build a long-term relationship with someone. End of year accounts filing for group of 3 companies
I'm looking for (preferably) a UK based accountant who is looking for new clients! We're a husband and wife team that runs a UK limited trading company (turnover <£650k) with a holding company above and another IP holding company to the side (approx 20 transactions in the other two companies). Initially we need end of year filing (accounts and CT600) for all companies due by September 2024. Trading company is run via Quickfile and due to the very few transactions for the other two companies they're contained in a simple spreadsheet. Everything is accounted for and reconciled. We're really looking for a good working relationship with someone we can work with long term, who can help support our business and vice versa. Our current accountants have offered to complete this years accounts for £845 but they've grown to the point where customer service and communication has dropped markedly since we started with them, which is why we're looking elsewhere. Please don't include things like bookkeeping, payroll or completing directors self assessments in your quotes to help us compare - just the accounts and CT600s at this point :) Cheers!
