I'm an architect who designs custom high-end single-family homes, primarily in coastal New Jersey. I’m looking to collaborate with a 3D visualization artist who can take my clean SketchUp model, modify textures, landscaping, furniture, etc. and create a short, cinematic exterior video render that captures the feel and quality of the architecture. The goal is to produce a 30–60 second vertical-format video (ideal for Instagram Reels) that shows off the exterior from multiple dynamic angles — ideally incorporating natural lighting, subtle camera movement, landscaping, and environmental details like sky, reflections, and shadows. I’m not looking for something overly stylized or game-like — I want clean, realistic renderings that highlight materials and form, and feel architectural in nature. Trees in the library of rendering programs are always perfectly symmetrical, while using asymmetrical trees planted in corners are way more interesting! We are an animation studio seeking to expand our capabilities in virtual reality and real-time 3D modeling. I need an interactive VirtualReality walkthrough for the Oculus Quest (stand-alone). It's an architectural vizualisation, so you have to understand the project. This will be my first project, so the animation will be used for Youtube. The VR with configuration/options will be for clients: to show them the house. You will get sketches only and need to create the endresult. I have a 3d Character which I purchased from turbosquid and is available in the following formats, 3ds, fbx, obj and maya. I want to use the character in Lumion 9 pro and have it walking.
