SketchUP & Lumion landscaping project tweaks

I've got a partially designed landscaping project, as previous designer is unable to continue due to personal reasons. There's a SketchUp file which is not quite up to date and a Lumion file used for rendering. Would like to move some things around, maybe add further landscaping insights and ideas. For now I would like to finish the rear garden with elevation and planters/retaining walls so we know how to do the digging, once that's completed we can work on the front driveway.

I need an interactive VirtualReality walkthrough for the Oculus Quest (stand-alone). It's an architectural vizualisation, so you have to understand the project. I have a building in mind and it's up to you to design the interior of it. No specific requirements, just as you like (ofcourse while discussing with me)! Modern and minimalistic are the keywords. This will be my first project, so the animation will be used for Youtube. The VR with configuration/options will be for clients: to show them the house. You will get sketches only and need to create the endresult. So your tasks will be: - Modeling interior + exterior (no problem which software) - Designing (you'll get the exteriordesign and interior is up to you) - Real-time rendering for VR for quest (so not panorama or 360 degree images) - Creating cinematic animation out of it (no post-production needed, just raw files) - A configurator (just a few simple floor, wall or furniture) would be great. I have a 3d Character which I purchased from turbosquid and is available in the following formats, 3ds, fbx, obj and maya. I want to use the character in Lumion 9 pro and have it walking.
