Animate a 3d character

I have a 3d Character which I purchased from turbosquid and is available in the following formats, 3ds, fbx, obj and maya. I want to use the character in Lumion 9 pro and have it walking. In order to do this the character needs to be animated and exported as an fbx at 25 fps as explained here: https://support.lumion.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003455154-How-do-you-import-animated-objects-in-Lumion-
