Karachi, PKPlease do not pay him anything in advance, he show some work and then ask for advance and after he get the money he gives excuses.. also he ask me to give him 5 stas feedbacks when releasing the payments.. which I did 2 times.. do not pay him anything until project and source files are given to you also check the source files cause most of them are corrupt.
