Archviz renders, animation and interactive VR for Oculus Quest

I need an interactive VirtualReality walkthrough for the Oculus Quest (stand-alone).
It's an architectural vizualisation, so you have to understand the project. I have a building in mind and it's up to you to design the interior of it. No specific requirements, just as you like (ofcourse while discussing with me)! Modern and minimalistic are the keywords.
This will be my first project, so the animation will be used for Youtube. The VR with configuration/options will be for clients: to show them the house.

You will get sketches only and need to create the endresult. So your tasks will be:
- Modeling interior + exterior (no problem which software)
- Designing (you'll get the exteriordesign and interior is up to you)
- Real-time rendering for VR for quest (so not panorama or 360 degree images)
- Creating cinematic animation out of it (no post-production needed, just raw files)
- A configurator (just a few simple floor, wall or furniture) would be great.

Realism is important! I already use Vray, Lumion and Blender, so don't come with low-quality offers please.
