Bookkeeper
Bookkeeper Required (Xero Experience Essential) I’m based in Gloucestershire and am looking for a reliable and approachable bookkeeper to support my newly formed business on an ongoing basis. Although I’m based locally, I’m happy to work with a bookkeeper from anywhere in the UK if they’re experienced with Xero and VAT. The role will primarily include: * Preparing and submitting VAT returns. * Day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero. * Bank reconciliations. * Keeping accounts accurate and up to date. * General bookkeeping and financial administration. * Providing advice and guidance where needed as the business grows. I’m looking for someone who: * Is experienced with Xero. * Has previous bookkeeping and VAT return experience. * Is organised, accurate, and reliable. * Is easy to communicate with and happy to explain things in straightforward terms. * Enjoys working with small businesses and helping them establish good financial processes from the outset. This would ideally suit a freelance bookkeeper or a small accountancy practice. As the business is newly established, the workload will initially be fairly light but is expected to grow over time. If you’re interested, please get in touch with a little information about your experience, availability, and your pricing. I look forward to finding someone I can build a long-term working relationship with.

We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 young children) planning to travel around the UK and Europe for extended periods. We are looking for an experienced 3D designer who can help us design a practical, modern interior for both a large twin-axle touring caravan and a support van. We have already experimented with AI-generated designs, but they don't understand real-world dimensions. We need someone who can create concepts that are both attractive and realistically achievable within the available space. Van (Peugeot Boxer / Fiat Ducato / Citroën Relay size) The van is not our living space. It will act as our dressing room, wardrobe, storage area and mobile office. The layout should include: Two front cab seats. Two fully seat-belted rear travel seats positioned directly behind the driver and passenger for our two children. A large wardrobe/storage area for all clothing, shoes and personal belongings. A comfortable area to get changed and ready each day. A dedicated workspace for two adults with a desk suitable for trading and working remotely. Provision for laptops with clip-on portable monitors. Plenty of practical storage for everyday items. The interior should feel bright, spacious and modern, using light oak, beige, cream and other neutral colours to maximise the feeling of space. Caravan (Large Twin Axle) The caravan will be our main living space. We would like the design to include: A fixed double bed positioned across the rear of the caravan, filling the rear wall, with the headboard against the back wall. Sleeping accommodation for two young children (creative bunk bed solutions welcomed). A shower and toilet (or toilet with alternative layout if you feel it creates a significantly better design—happy to see suggestions). A modern kitchen with: 2-burner hob Tall fridge/freezer Microwave Air fryer storage (this will be used instead of a traditional oven) Kettle Toaster Plenty of cupboard storage A large, extremely comfortable L-shaped sofa. Large TV mounted opposite the seating area. Modern, clean, Scandinavian-inspired interior with soft neutral colours and quality lighting. What we're looking for At this stage we are not looking for technical construction drawings. We simply want someone to produce realistic 3D concepts and floor plans that help us visualise the layout before moving on to detailed CAD drawings later. If you have experience designing campervans, caravans, motorhomes, tiny homes or compact living spaces, we'd love to see examples of your previous work.

I run an interview-format podcast and I'm looking for a skilled editor to take on the weekly edit on an ongoing per-episode basis. Raw footage: ~90 minutes per episode Finished length: roughly the same - light editing, not heavy cut-downs Reference feel: Steven Bartlett / Diary of a CEO for production quality, but I want a distinct visual identity for my show which you'll take the lead on Per episode you'll deliver: (1) Full YouTube edit (~90 min) - cuts, b-roll, captions, chapter markers, cleaned audio, colour-corrected (2) Audio master for Spotify/Apple - levelled and cleaned (3) Four vertical shorts (captioned, hook-led, 30–60 sec) (4) Show notes with timestamps (5) Thumbnail - only if you're genuinely capable of design work. If thumbnails aren't your strength, skip this and I'll hire separately Turnaround: 3–5 days from receiving the raw files. One paid trial episode first. If the work is right, we move to ongoing - one episode per week, paid per completed episode. For time efficiency, you will not get a response if you haven't provided the following: (1) Links to at least three long-form podcast edits you've personally cut (not agency showreels you contributed to) (2) At least one example of vertical shorts you've cut from a long-form interview (3) A one-line note on which part of the edit you personally did vs. any team (4) Your price per episode for the full scope above Generic proposals that don't reference the brief will be ignored, as will portfolios of wedding videos, music videos, or corporate explainers - they're not what I'm looking for.

I am looking for an experienced designer to create a refined, cohesive visual identity and client-facing brochure materials for my new Child Development & Family Consultant practice. My consultancy focuses on child development, sleep, routines, nutrition and family wellbeing. I already have the core content, package structure, pricing and a draft logo direction. I now need a strong designer to turn this into a polished, premium and fully editable Canva brand package. Canva only so I can edit it later myself. Happy if you have other options too. Scope of work I am looking for someone who can help with both brochure design and supporting brand collateral, including: 1) Refine my existing logo direction * Refine and elevate my current seedling logo concept * Ensure it feels premium, calm, warm and professional * Prepare it in a way that works consistently across PDFs and future brand materials e.g. letterheadsetc. 2) Design the first two client-facing PDFs in Canva I need two polished, fully editable Canva PDFs: PDF 1 – Introductory brochure / overview This will introduce my work and provide an intuitive overview of what I offer, including: * introduction to my consultancy * my approach / philosophy * overview of ways to work together * contact details PDF 2 – Detailed services guide This will provide more detailed information on my services and packages, including: * package breakdowns * pricing * what is included * deliverables / support structure I already have the content drafted. I need a designer who can structure, lay out and present it beautifully, rather than someone who needs to invent the business model from scratch. 3) Create branded stationery / supporting document templates I would also like branded Canva templates for client-facing follow-up materials, for example: * recommendation / summary PDFs * follow-up documents * ongoing support / review documents * branded simple email / PDF style assets where relevant The goal is to create a consistent visual identity across my brochures and the materials I send to families afterwards. Style / design direction I am looking for a design style that feels: * calm * refined * premium * warm * family-oriented * editorial rather than corporate * not childish, cartoonish or overly “cute” * not generic wellness-coach branding The visual direction should feel thoughtful, soft and high-end, while still being approachable and family-focused. I am drawn to: * soft neutrals / warm ivory / beige / muted sage / earthy tones * elegant typography * clean spacing and hierarchy * a boutique consulting feel rather than a loud commercial brand Important notes * I already have the content, structure and package information. This is primarily a design / layout / brand refinement project, although light copy polishing where needed is welcome. * I want the final materials to feel cohesive, not like text dropped into a generic Canva template. * I need the final files to be fully editable in Canva, so I can update wording, prices or follow-up materials myself later. Again open to a different program. Deliverables Please include in your proposal whether you can provide: * refined logo files * 2 fully designed Canva PDFs * branded Canva templates for follow-up / stationery materials * all files in fully editable Canva format Please apply if you have experience with: * brochure / editorial PDF design * Canva presentations / brochures / service guides * boutique brand identity design * premium service-based businesses * clean, elegant, understated visual branding If possible, please send examples of: * brochures / service guides / brand decks you have designed * Canva-based projects * premium or editorial-style client-facing PDFs
