Translation (and localisation) of website text

Hi

I have been tasked with getting a clients website translated in to the following languages:

Spanish
French
German
Russian
Chinese (mandarin)
Chinese (cantonese)
Japanese
Italian
Portuguese
Norweigan
Swedish

There are only 11 pages on the website and the initial project is to translate and localise 3300-4000 words across the whole site

I anticipate using several freelancers as it is unlikely that one person will have the requisite skills and knowledge for all the languages

Please bid per language and if proficient in more than one, please let me know a price for individual translations and if there is any reduction for handling more than 1

Only experts should apply, please do not bid if all you intend to do is run it through a free translation service, this would not be acceptable. The site needs to make sense once translated
