Compilation of English-Russian/ Russian-English Dictionary

We are looking to compile an English-Russian/ Russian-English Dictionary. We will provide an excel file containing about 15000 words and you will be required to provide one word meaning in Russian, as also its transliteration. We would also require a Russian-English dictionary, which could be created by sorting the Transliterated Russian word.

We would prefer to have this in Excel format, as also like to get the Pagemaking done in Pagemaker.
