Your budget is far too low, your budget needs to be more realistic for the work that is required when transcribing. For instance one hour of audio can take up to 4 hours to type. This also depends on quality, if it’s 1-1 or a group? Also if you require time stamps?

Hello Sonia, sadly for the amount of time required to transcribe these items and PPH's fees on top, the budget is not enough for anyone to be able to take this project on. Have you thought about increasing the budget?
