Transcribing a Voice Note on IPhone into writing

My Mother is now 88 and we went to the funeral of her last relative of her generation. On the way back I get her talking in the car about how they all grew up together.
There is some other information which I know my mother won't want to share but I will edit that when I receive the soft copy.

The quality of the recording is not brilliant but I could hear what was being said on the voice note. I prompted my Mother at times to get her talking more.

It would be great if somebody could take the wording and create 2 things - transcribe as spoken and then create a "story" of the what was said which could then be shared with other people.

I'm only interested in receiving quotes from people who are UK based any other bids will be declined straight away.
