Paulson applied for the work and was given a small, paid task, which he accepted. While he appeared to work hard, he unfortunately did not meet the minimum standards required for the task.

It seems he may have underestimated the complexity of the work. When I pointed out the areas where the minimum requirements were not met—despite them being clearly outlined—his attitude shifted, and he became defensive, questioning my reasoning.

Although he demonstrated effort, he appeared to struggle with accepting constructive criticism, which could hinder progress in a collaborative environment.
