This manual is intended for you as a certified member. You will find here the main theoretical points (in black) as well as exercises (in blue italics) and annexes that will help you in your presentations and interventions. It is up to you to choose in this educational material the items that suit you and that are adapted to your purpose.
The method is meant to be active, based on discovery. We start from the idea that what is experienced and lived is better understood and more deeply than what is taught. Thus the proportion given to exercises is essential.
In your interventions, we suggest you to proceed by induction, beginning with practical cases and then rising to general teachings. What I learn is memorized, what I experience becomes part of my life...
