I accept fault; I released funds without checking the returned manuscript, but I've never had an issue with 5Star and top cert before. I'm unsure what happened with my book; it came back and any word that contained the word king had a capital K, so checKing, maKing. Then there was double spaces between words as well. The original file had around 45 spelling mistakes, and the returned file came back with over 400 due the issue with the words containing K. Unfortunately, I have no time to send it to others or trust that it will be done right if I ask, as I have two days before it's due to be released. The original spelling mistakes were also not picked up, which is a disappointment. Lesson learnt: check work before releasing funds, even if they have perfect reviews.
