To follow on from these other comments, have you considered the realistic budget for the time alone? Nevermind the rest of the elements needed to write a story like this. My own novel took me 1 year to write.

To add to previous questions, you should also budget for a substantial level of discussion/planning prior to starting the actual writing, and a continuous process of discussion and amendment during it, so can you have a serious re-think about your total budget?

So what actually is your budget for this? I write at a fairly decent rate of 750 words per hour. As I charge £28 per hour, that would set you back £3,724. Add in admin and an outline, which is a few more days' worth of work, you are looking at about 4k.

I am, I would say, in the mid-range price point as a writer. Are you aware that this is the kind of money you are looking at for a quality product?
