PowerPoint Design Brief – App & Systems Activation Plan

Project Overview:
We are requesting the creation of a high-impact, executive-level PowerPoint presentation to visualize the activation and utilization plan for the Application and associated relevant systems. The presentation is meant for the Head of Division (HOD) and executive team, focusing on clarity, professional aesthetics, and tracking readiness and usage.

Objectives of the Presentation:
Inform Executives: Provide a cohesive and simplified executive summary that clearly explains the activation plan and systems stack.

Track Progress: Offer a clear visual monitoring and tracking framework showing task status across all teams and systems.

One-Slider Dashboard: Develop a concise one-slide dashboard showcasing the live status of each stream (e.g., System 1, App functions, System 2, onboarding, etc.) in a clean, easy-to-read format for executive use.

Deliverables:
Styled PowerPoint Presentation (10–12 slides)
Clean layout using icons, charts, and timelines
Consistent formatting throughout
Executive Summary Slide
Concise, high-level view of the project: purpose, systems involved, activation goals, and key benefits
Detailed Tracking Slides (3–4 slides)
Visual tables showing task status (To Do, In Progress, Completed)
System-specific task lists for system 1, system 2, and app
Owners, timelines, dependencies, and upcoming releases
Visual Roadmap Infographic Slide
Based on the July activation phases (Week 1 to Week 3)
Integrate icons, a progress arrow, and milestones

Visualize current readiness across 3 categories:
